From 2017 till 2020 The Gleneagles Hotel and Spa carried out a phased refurbishment of all its bedrooms.

Throughout the entire project the builder and mechanical contractors were replaced year on year but with each phase we were requested to return to carry out the installation and commissioning of all the new Air conditioning works and ultimately ended up being the only contractor to be present throughout the entire project, something we are proud of.

Being an existing building of considerable age the installations were challenging but each time we worked along with the appointed main contractor and the end user to complete on time and to a very high standard.
