In early 2018 Polar were contacted by one of our contacts south of the border to see if we would be interested in carrying out a new hotel installation in East Kilbride.

As always we are more than happy to work with other trusted and reputable companies to reach a common goal. Having worked with the English mechanical contractor on previous projects throughout Scotland we were able to quickly and efficiently come together to help transform a once derelict 4 storey office space into a friendly and accommodating hotel with dedicated dining, relaxing and exercising space on its top floor. Being local we were able to provide site management and supervision as well as engineers and apprentices to limit the number of site visits help lighten the burden on our contractor.
